Work (Z) Visa
DOCUMENTS to be prepared in your Work Visa Application Package 1. Your valid passport 2. A completed visa application form with a PHOTO attached to it. (Download Q1 Form) 3. A copy of the completed visa application form 4. A Foreign Employee Work Permit issued by China Labor Bureau. 5. A Visa Notification Form issued by related Chinese Department 6. A money order or cashier's check or company check payable to Metropolitan Express with Related Fees. 7. A self-addressed envelope with stamp or account info (FedEx, UPS, DHL, EMS preferred) 8. A cover letter with Email address. We will keep you informed via Email when your status has been updated. Document #4 and #5 should be prepared by a Chinese Employer and send them to the employee who will apply a Work Visa in the US. SCENARIO * If your mail arrives before 12:30pm, we will deliver it to the Chinese Consulate on the Same Day. Mails arrive after 12:30pm will be delivered next business day. * Regularly it takes Chinese Consulate 4 business days to process. We also have 2 Business Day Service and Next Business Day Service available with expedite fee applied. See FEES. * We send back your passport w/ visa on the Same Day when we pick up your visa from the consulate * If you use FedEx next day or Express Mail, there will be another 2 days for your mail to go back and forth.
