ADDING PAGES TO US PASSPORT

If your current valid passport is out of pages for foreign visas, and your trip is scheduled within 2 weeks, Metropolitan Express Visa and Passport Service can help you add pages. Please prepare the following documents in your application package:

   1. Your US Passport
   2. A Completed and Signed Application Form DS-4085 (Download DS-4085)
   3. 2 Identical new photos.
   4. 2 Letters of Authorization (Please call (312)388-8472 to get Letter of Authorization)
   5. A money order or a cashier's check of $60 payable to Department of State
   6. A money order or a cashier's check of $80 payable to Metropolitan Express (For 2-3 day service)
       Or a money order or a cashier's check of $100 payable to Metropolitan Express for Next Business Day service.
   7. A self addressed envelope with postage or account number for return. (FedEx, UPS, DHL or EMS are preferred)

* Typically, you will have 24 new pages added to your US Passport.

SCENARIO

It takes the Department of State 2-3 business days to process. If you use FedEx next day or EMS to apply and return, there will be another 2 days for your mail to go back and forth. Certified mail or priority mail is also acceptable, but it will take longer turn around time.
