If your current valid passport is out of pages for foreign visas, and your trip is scheduled within 2 weeks, Metropolitan Express Visa and Passport Service can help you add pages. Please prepare the following documents in your application package:

   1. Your US Passport
   2. A Completed and Signed Application Form DS-4085 (Fill out the Form online and print it out.)
   3. A Letter of Authorization (Download Here) 
   4. A money order or a cashier's check of $60 payable to Department of State
   5. A money order or a cashier's check payable to Metropolitan Express 

   6. A self addressed envelope with postage or account number for return. (FedEx, UPS, DHL or EMS are preferred)

Since we receive your application till we have it done, it takes 6 hours, or 1-3 workdays or 4-6 workdays or 7-14 workdays. If you use FedEx next day or EMS to apply and return, there will be another 2 days for your mail to go back and forth. Certified mail or priority mail is also acceptable, but it will take longer turn around time.
